Zach Bair, CEO, President and Chairman
Entrepreneur Zach Bair is best known for starting Immediatek and taking the company public in 2002. Immediatek (OTCBB: IMKI) was founded and grown to provide innovative solutions to enhance the revenues of artists and labels. The first flagship product Bair rolled out was NetBurn Secure, which was used by superstar JC Chasez of N’Sync to release his hit single, “Slept With My Best Friend’s Girl.” In 2004, Bair spearheaded the acquisition of DiscLive, then a fledgling media company based in New York. Through Bair’s leadership, DiscLive went on to receive worldwide attention from the music industry by offering a new revenue stream free of record label restrictions.

Bair introduced “instant” multi-track CDs, DVDs, iPods, and more to the entertainment industry. In 2006, Bair sold the company to Mark Cuban. After it was apparent Mr. Cuban had little interest in this exciting model, but rather his own initiatives, Bair formed Rockhouse Live Media Productions based on his strong industry relationships and immediately began regrouping for a full 2009 launch. During Bair’s tenure at Immediatek/DiscLive, he raised over $6 million in funding. Prior to Immediatek, Bair founded Voyence (previously PowerUp Networks), a technology company based on software of his design. He and his team raised over $12 million in funding in a Series A round. The company subsequently raised $40 million and is now owned by EMC.

Bair has been a speaker at NXNE and also a panelist and speaker at MIDEM. He has been interviewed by Billboard, LA Times, Pollstar, NY Times, MTV News, Forbes, The Dallas Morning News, and has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine twice. He is also a contributing columnist at the Memphis Commercial Appeal.

Gary Blum, Senior Advisor, board member
In addition to being a longtime advisor to Bair and investor in RockHouse Live Media Productions, Mr. Blum is Vice President of Pamaco, Inc., of Dallas, TX, and is a current board member for Telegrow, LLC., a food distribution software platform developer; Stelix Systems, a designer of entertainment-oriented e-commerce solutions; and Airbank, Inc., a telecommunications service provider. He is also a board member for TexChange, in Dallas, TX, a non-profit technology networking organization.

Mr. Blum is an attorney, and former trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and a current money manager. Gary was also an adviser to Immediatek/DiscLive, as well as an investor. He received his J. D. from Tulane School of Law in 1984.
