ABOUT US Zach Bair, CEO, President and Chairman Bair introduced “instant” multi-track CDs, DVDs, iPods, and more to the entertainment industry. In 2006, Bair sold the company to Mark Cuban. After it was apparent Mr. Cuban had little interest in this exciting model, but rather his own initiatives, Bair formed Rockhouse Live Media Productions based on his strong industry relationships and immediately began regrouping for a full 2009 launch. During Bair’s tenure at Immediatek/DiscLive, he raised over $6 million in funding. Prior to Immediatek, Bair founded Voyence (previously PowerUp Networks), a technology company based on software of his design. He and his team raised over $12 million in funding in a Series A round. The company subsequently raised $40 million and is now owned by EMC. Bair has been a speaker at NXNE and also a panelist and speaker at MIDEM. He has been interviewed by Billboard, LA Times, Pollstar, NY Times, MTV News, Forbes, The Dallas Morning News, and has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine twice. He is also a contributing columnist at the Memphis Commercial Appeal. Gary Blum, Senior Advisor, board member Mr. Blum is an attorney, and former trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and a current money manager. Gary was also an adviser to Immediatek/DiscLive, as well as an investor. He received his J. D. from Tulane School of Law in 1984. Joshua Leopold, Senior Advisor Josh is a graduate of UC San Diego and California Western School of Law. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1997. He lives with his wife in Studio City. For RockHouse, Josh advises the company on publishing, royalties, general artist relations, and contracts, among other things. |
